How many should I take?

Adults: Take 6g (1 sachet) once a day. Mix with 100mL of water or your preferred choice of beverages (juice, milk, soy milk or smoothie) and consume immediately. Take with food. Best served chilled.
Warnings

- Do not use if you are likely to become pregnant, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not take this product if you have pre-existing liver conditions, or with other green tea products on the same day.
- Do not use this if you have allergies to sulfites or collagen.
