How many should I take?

Adults - Take 1 tablet once a day, 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime.
Warnings
- Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. May cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery.
